Return & Refund Policy

Applies to: CCTV Systems, Access Control Systems, Video Surveillance Equipment, and Related Services
 

⁠Product Returns (Hardware Only)
 

We accept returns on eligible hardware products (e.g., cameras, DVRs, NVRs, access control panels) under the following conditions:
    •    Return Window: 14 calendar days from the date of delivery
    •    Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
 

Non-returnable items:-
    •    Opened software licenses
    •    Custom-configured systems
    •    Installed or used devices
    •    Consumables (e.g., hard drives, batteries)

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.

Defective or Damaged Products

If a product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer one of the following, based on availability:
    •    Free replacement
    •    Store credit
    •    Full refund (in cases where a replacement is not possible)

Customer must return the damaged item before a refund or replacement is issued.

Service-Based Refunds (Installation, Configuration, Monitoring)

We do not offer refunds on completed service work, including but not limited to:
    •    System installation
    •    Remote configuration
    •    Site assessments
    •    Monthly monitoring or maintenance services

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 3 business days so we can evaluate and address the issue.

Cancellations
    •    Product orders: May be canceled if the item has not yet shipped.
    •    Service appointments: Must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
